Inside two ranges

Given two ranges [l1; r1) and [l2; r2), we would like to know if the number x is inside any of those ranges ([ bracket means inclusive, while ) means exclusive).

The input contains 5 numbers: l1, r1, l2, r2, x. The program should print Yes if x is inside any of those ranges and No otherwise.
